The main purpose of Bodyfasting is not only for fat loss, but juice fasting safely, is an excellent way to burn body fat. With proper elimination of unhealthy foods, implementing proper juice fasting intervals, regular fitness, and eating right, body fat loss is a natural result.
Excess body fats can store themselves around the body, and also surround vital organs. This excess body fat is not healthy! But the good news is that we can change all of that. By practicing short interval juice fasting on a daily basis, and reintroducing balanced meals along with exercising regularly, you can easily eliminate and burn those extra calories. And less calories will lead to fat loss, because if the extra calories are not there, the body will utilize stored fats for energy.

If you have a habit of snacking and drinking unhealthy beverages in between meals, your fasting intervals should start there. Eliminate snack foods and unhealthy beverages slowly, and don't make yourself irritable. Start changing the way you think about food by becoming aware of what foods are healthy and not so healthy. If you do need a little energy in between meals, try an ounce or two of organic juice. During times when you are not fasting, try healthy snacks such as raw fruits, or whole grain foods. SALT: Reduce intake of excess salts. Salt in moderation is good for the body. Excess salt intake will just make you retain water. Your taste buds will change as you remove foods with excess salt from your diet slowly.
Your body does need certain essential fats in order to function properly.
You can use low exertion cardio and resistance training to burn stored calories for fat loss by maintaining a healthy heart rate at around 110 to 120 beats per minute during your workout. This heart rate will also help keep you from getting overexerted and fatigued, burning proteins instead of utilizing stored calories during your workout. If you notice your rate is higher during your training, just slow down until it returns to your target heart range.
Before beginning a cardio or resistance training session, always warm up with some mild stretching and then progress into low impact exercises to get the body warmed up.
If your body is in a fasting state and free from digestion foods during your training, it will utilize stored fat for energy. After your workout, remember to replenish your energy levels with a small balanced meal, or if you are remaining on your fast drink adequate juice with necessary protein and fiber intake.
Bodyfasting is about a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet where you will burn body fat, and then go back to eating using old habits.
Safety Tip: Always stop fasting at the first symptom of weakness, dizziness, nausea, headaches, or irritability.
Motivational Tip:Throw out the weight scales or at least don't rely on them as an everyday tool as to whether you are looking and feeling better. If you apply the principles of Body Fasting, you may increase muscle density which may offset the loss of fat. If you weigh yourself on a weight scale this may be discouraging if you don't see the numbers going down. Consider using a mirror as a measure instead. Judge your progress by how you look and by how you feel. Is your mood better, or do you have more energy? This is what matters. So it is best not to use a weight scale, or at least not very often.
Pre Workout Fat Burning Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/4 cup warm spring water 1 tablespoon honey 1 shot your choice of liquid fat burner (read bottle directions for dosage) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 fresh lemon 1/4 cup pineapple chunks 1/4 cup skim or soy milk 3/4 cup ice 1 shake of cayenne pepper (optional) Add honey to warm water and stir until dissolved. Then add liquid fat burner, cayenne, milk and vanilla extract, mix well and pour in blender. Next, add ice, squeezed lemon, pineapple. Blend for about 20 to 30 seconds, pour and enjoy.
